Brother Pacesetter Embroidery Machine Not Working

I own an PC-8500 Pacesetter embroidery machine by Brother, and the touch screen on it will not work. Do you have any suggestions of what it could be or any advice?

Hmm. That is a problem. Will it turn on at all? What happened just before it stopped working? I suggest you try the Brother online support center and find an authorized service center in your area.
