Can't Find 6.5 Mesh Waste Canvas

I'm unable to find 6.5 mesh waste canvas. My pattern instructions call for 6.5 mesh. Can you help me?

The smallest I can find right now is
Regency Waste Canvas 8.5 Count 8''X 12''
or
Waste Canvas 8 1/2 Count 12 X 18
or
36'' Waste Canvas 8.5 Count - 5 yds/White


You could work over 2 threads and end up with the same finished dimensions if you could find a 13 mesh (6.5 x 2 = 13), but all I see is
Waste Canvas 14 Count 12 X18


Would it hurt to make it slightly bigger? Using 14 mesh and working over 2 threads would probably be so close to 6.5 mesh that you won't notice.
