These hand embroidery patterns primarily use stitches stitches such as the backstitch, satin stitch, French knot, chain stitch, and their variations.

If you would like to contribute, please share a photo of your favorite creation and tell us about it. The pattern can be from coloring books or crewel embroidery kits. It doesn't matter. Just describe where you got the idea, why you chose to stitch it, the types of thread you used, and any special challenges you ran into while you were working on the project.
