Name on a Cross Stitch Stocking

I am about to put the name on a cross stitch stocking I made for my daughter, and I do not know how to get the name centered. Could somebody please help?

I would figure out how many squares you are going to need for the whole name. Sketch it out on some fine graph paper, then count. Divide the total number by 2 then count again to end up in the middle. This will give you the center of the name. Find the center on the stocking by folding it in half.
