Terms of Use Agreement Acceptance Your use of the pattern program is governed by the rules set forth herein. By using the pattern program, you specifically agree to abide by these terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those pertaining to copyright infringement. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE PATTERN PROGRAM. Copyright ALC Unlimited remains the copyright holder of the pattern program and its contents, including the design, under U.S. and International Copyright law with all rights reserved. Prohibited Uses You the pattern user may not: * share your password with friends, enemies, or any other creature * print copies for friends, enemies, or any other creature * use the design or portions of the design in the pattern on items that are sold for profit * use the design or portions of the design in the pattern on items that are sold for non-profit fundraising without a written modification to this agreement * modify the contents of this pattern program software, such as removing photos from the pattern program and using them elsewhere or attempting to hack into the pattern program after it has expired * resell, assign, or transfer any of your user rights hereunder User Rights and Responsibilities Up until the expiration date when the program will stop functioning, you the pattern program user are licensed to: * install and run this program on as many computers as necessary, provided that you are the only person accessing and using the pattern * print as many copies as necessary for personal use, provided that they contain the copyright notice provided at the end of each section within the program (However, please realize that failure to display a copyright notice on a work does not mean that a work is not copyrighted!) * make resized copies, such as enlargements, as necessary for personal use, provided that they contain the copyright notice provided at the end of each section within the program * adapt the design as needed, subject to the terms in this agreement. * use the design on as many items for personal use or use as gifts as desired Warranty This pattern program is provided on an "AS IS" basis. The information is complete and accurate, to the best of my knowledge, but I do not guarantee that it is error free. If you notice a mistake, please notify me out of courtesy. Finding an error does not entitle you to a monetary refund. You will only receive my gratitude. Limitation of Liability I am in no way responsible if you stab your finger with a needle or have some other unforeseeable accident. Any liability for consequential and incidental damages whether direct or indirect from the use or inability to use the pattern program is EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. The liability of ALC Unlimited in all events is limited to and shall not exceed, the purchase price paid. Miscellaneous This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Maryland, U.S.A., without regard to principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be adjudicated in Carroll County, Maryland. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. Any modifications to this Agreement must be made in a writing executed by both parties. If any provision herein is held unenforceable, then such provision will be modified to reflect the parties' intention, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement will remain in full force and effect.
